OEM / ODM production through deep partnerships with sintered stone plants. We set the standards and decors; the plant delivers capacity and yield; machining, QC and delivery are scheduled by us.

Eight tracked stages from order to delivery. This is the part overseas clients find hardest to source — we keep it in our own capacity.

Drawing & sign-off
Send dimensions or a floor plan; we issue cutting and layout drawings with joint positions and book-match direction.

Slit & nest
Slabs cut to the layout, each piece tagged with its decor and batch for traceability.

CNC profiling
Custom profiles cut numerically; cut-out positions located from the drawing to millimetre tolerance.

Edges
45° mitres, bevels, straight or bullnose edges as specified, with finish checked piece by piece.

Surface treatment
Polished, matt or anti-slip; the underside and edges are finished to match, with no mismatch.

Assembly & dry-fit
Countertops and upstands assembled, basins and cabinets pre-fitted, then checked for hole positions and clearances.

Packing
Corner guards, timber and film; export packing meets fumigation and moisture requirements.

Delivery & docs
Domestic: delivery plus installation guidance. Export: packing list, installation manual and damage guidance.
